Dholpur: In the Dholpur district of Rajasthan, the Child Welfare Committee and the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit have taken joint action and rescued a minor girl. It is being told that in view of the fear of sexism, the girl was kept hostage in a house. Human Trafficking Unit, Childline, Child Welfare Committee and Police Station Nihalganj reached the spot. Seeing these the landlord fled away. The police is looking for it.

Ravi Pachauri, chairman of the child welfare committee, said they had received information through an informer that the minor was being held hostage in a house in Anand Nagar Colony under the Nihalganj police station area of the city. It is being speculated that she will be subjected to jingoistic. After this, a raid was conducted with the local police where the minor girl was found. Nihalganj police station and anti-human trafficking unit have produced it before the Child Welfare Committee. Where the girl is being counselled and she has been shifted to Sakhi one-stop centre. Police are interrogating the girl and are trying to trace the accused.

Dholpur Police Sub-Inspector Kedar Giri said that a team of child welfare committee and anti-human trafficking unit had come to the police station. He said a minor was held hostage in a house. She has to be freed, for this, the help of the police is needed. After this, a team of police has rescued the minor. Anti-Human Trafficking Unit and Child Welfare Committee are investigating this matter.
