Jaipur, Religious places and city parks opened in Rajasthan on Monday under the Unlock-3 guidelines of the Rajasthan government. According to the new guidelines, religious places in the state will remain open from 5 am to 4 pm. City buses have also been allowed to run from 5 am to 8 pm.
According to the new guidelines, government offices will now remain open till 6 pm, as earlier the working hours were from 9.30 am to 4 pm. The parks will be open to all from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m., however, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., only vaccinated individuals will be allowed. All those shops and commerce centers where at least 60 percent of the employees have been vaccinated have been allowed to open shops till 7 pm. The guidelines demands, the COVID protocol needs to be followed by one and all and those violating those norms will be punished.
Earlier on Saturday, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that children below 18 years of age should be prevented from going to crowded areas as vaccination is not available for children.He also asked people to take extra precautions in view of the new COVID variant and urged everyone to get vaccinated to prevent the spread of the infection.
Rajasthan government on Saturday made it mandatory for people to have at least one dose of vaccination to enter public places from June 28. Ashok Gehlot government made this provision in a fresh set of guidelines on the pandemic restrictions.
