Aishwarya Rajinikanth is one of the renowned names in South Industry. She is all set for her her new film titled Laal Salaam. The movie will be produced by Lyca Productions. Vishnu Vishal is playing the lead role in the film, alongside Vikranth. Her father Rajinikanth will also make a cameo appearance in the upcoming film.
The official launch of Laal Salaam will be made with a pooja ceremony today, November 5. The film’s background score will be composed by AR Rahman, and it is expected to hit the screens next year. Rajinikanth shares a warm rapport with Lyca Productions, which backed his 2018 film 2.0 and is currently on a high following the success of the Mani Ratnam-directed PS 1. Sharing the poster of Rajinikanth he wrote, “ We are extremely delighted to announce our next project, with the one & only Superstar Rajinikanth in a special appearance!. As soon as this news catches the eyes of people they started showering their love on Mega Star.
Aishwarya is the elder daughter of the Tamil superstar, is well known for her 2012 film, 3, starring Dhanush, and Vai Raja Vai. Aishwarya also penned a book titled Standing on an Apple Box: The Story of A Girl Among the Stars. Earlier this year, she also announced Oh Saathi Chal, her Bollywood directorial debut.

She last donned the director’s hat for the documentary Cinema Veeran, which was released in 2017. Her film Laal Salaam is slated for a release in 2023, which will also see the release of Rajinikanth’s Jailer and Ponniyin Selvan 2, among other projects like Vaarisu and Thunivu.
