Rajnath Singh lashes out at SCO meeting over terrorism

Moscow: Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has strongly targeted terrorism at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) meeting. During his address, Rajnath Singh said, India categorically condemns terrorism and its supporters in all its forms. We need to increase institutional capacity from a security point of view to deal with traditional and non-traditional risks.

He added that it is necessary to accept the anti-terrorism mechanism by the SCO to respond to extremist propaganda and de radicalization. However, during the address, Rajnath Singh did not mention Pakistan or China anywhere. Pakistan is obviously trying to carry out terrorist activities in India and Supports China in Pakistan's nefarious activities.

The defense minister said that 75 years of World War II have been completed and the genesis of the United Nations, the main objective of which was to create a peaceful world. Where international law and the sovereignty of the country are respected, any nation can be protected from being subjected to unilateral aggression.  Earlier on Friday, the defense minister visited the main church of the Russian army, as well as the museum. On the third day of his visit, Rajnath Singh also met several officials.
