Moscow / Beijing: Amid tensions on the Indo-China border, China's Defense Minister Wei Fanghe has recently urged India's Defense Minister Rajnath Singh to hold talks. They have asked for time to meet him. Both the leaders have been in Moscow for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) meeting at this time. According to the news of an English newspaper, the Chinese Defense Minister has offered to meet on Friday.
