New Delhi: Rajnath Singh, the Defence minister of India, is all set to hold bilateral talks with his United States and German defense Ministers on 5 and 6 June, respectively, said a statement from the defence ministry on Saturday.

German Federal Defence Minister Boris Pistorius and US Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin will meet in New Delhi to discuss a variety of bilateral defence cooperation topics, with an emphasis on industrial cooperation.

Austin, who will arrive in India for the second time after his first visit in March 2021, is set to arrive from Singapore on June 4 for a two-day visit.

Pistorius, on the other hand, is scheduled to arrive on June 5 for a four-day tour during which he is anticipated to speak with many defence companies at an event held by Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX) in the Indian capital.

On June 7th, Pistorius will be heading to Mumbai to visit the Headquarters of the Western Naval Command and the Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited.
