Chennai: Superstar Rajinikanth today held a meeting with senior functionaries of his organization Rajni Makkal Mandram (RMM) in Chennai. After brainstorming with party leaders, Rajinikanth said, "I shared my thoughts with them. I will announce my decision soon.' It is being told that Rajinikanth may soon join active politics. It has to be seen whether he enters the Tamil Nadu assembly elections or not.

After discussing with party leaders, Rajinikanth said, "I met the district secretaries of the party. He expressed his views and I told him my thoughts. He assured me that whatever decision I take, he will be with me. I will announce my decision as soon as possible". Last month, Rajinikanth had indicated that the wait to get into politics for a long time may be even longer.

A letter allegedly written by Rajinikanth in October went viral on social media, in which he spoke about doctors' concerns about his health. Rajinikanth, however, dismissed some of the things written in the letter as fake. Whereas he had confessed to the possibility of becoming a victim of corona due to health hazards written in the letter.
