In the same vein, Indian Farmers Union leader Rakesh Tikait has made a statement on Khalistani terrorist Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale. Talking to the media, Rakesh Tikait Leader has claimed that there are some who consider Bhindranwale as a 'saint.'
In a short clip being shared fiercely on social media, a journalist from Tikait had questioned the support of terrorists by farmers at Lakhimpur Kheri in UP. Replying to this, Rakesh Tikait said, 'A child was seen wearing a T-shirt with someone's picture.' When another journalist told Tikait that the picture was of terrorist Bhindrawale, Tikait said, "Some people consider Bhindrawale to be a saint, while the government considers him a terrorist.''
