The last 10 days of Ramadan are considered to be the holiest, Among them is Laylat Al-Qadr (the Night of Decree). It is believed that this was the night when the Holy Quran was sent to the earth. There have been mentions in the Holy Quran about this day and the importance of worshipping Allah in this night.
I put before you various verses of Quran that shows light on how important this month is for the Muslims to change themselves and lead a pure life again.
1. The holy night of Lailat al Qadr has been mentioned as:
“The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.” [Qur’an 97:3] meaning that this night is better than a thousand months.
2. The revelation of the Holy Quran has been mentioned as:
“Indeed, We sent it down during a blessed night.” [Qur’an 44: 3] meaning that the Holy Quran was sent on the night of power.
3. The good deeds and bad ones are recorded
“On that night is made distinct every precise matter.” [Qur’an 44:4] meaning the good deeds as well as bad deeds of the people are recorded by the angels and cannot be not changed anymore from the past.

“Indeed, We sent the Qur’an down during the Night of Decree. And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree? The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter. Peace is until the emergence of dawn.” [Qur’an 97:1-5] meaning the holy night of Ramadan should be worshipped until morning without any excuse as it is the holiest and will add up to 1000 months of worship.
