Rani Mukerji was last seen as fearless cop in film Mardaani in the year 2014 and is all set for comeback on the silver screen after 3 years of Mardaani Rani will be seen in director Siddharth P Malhotra's upcoming project, "The film’s script has taken shape and Rani is now prepping to face the arc lights again. She has around 45 days to get fit and trim. The male lead of the project is yet to be decided," says the source.

Siddharth along with Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukerji is working on the project.

Also, Rani is quite excited regarding the subject and freshness of the film's script.
