Mumbai: Union Minister Raosaheb Danve has recently criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and said, "He is of no use, and compared him to open bull. The Congress has now objected to Danve's "indecent" remarks and demanded his removal from the Union Council of Ministers. After the Congress' objection, Danve clarified last Saturday night, "He was giving an example of the agriculture sector to explain the work done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.'' Not only that, but he also said, "The Congress distorted the word 'bull' used by him to hide its failures."

In the meantime, Danve also said, "There are two types of bulls, one that works (useful) and the other that does not work. When the farmers asked me what kind of bull works, they were unaware of the bull that does not work. I told them that 'bull' is an animal that does not work.'' Further, explaining the word 'bull' used in the context of politics, Danve said, "Prime Minister Narendra Modi works while Rahul Gandhi is like a bull who does nothing. There are two types of bulls, one working and one bull that does nothing.''

In fact, Danve made critical remarks on Rahul Gandhi at a public meeting in Jalna district of Maharashtra. Let me tell you that a public meeting was organized under the 'Jan Ashirvad Yatra' taken out by the newly appointed Minister of State for Finance, Dr. Bhagwat Karad. Delivering his speech in Marathi, Danve said, "Rahul Gandhi is of no use. He is like a 'bull' dedicated to God. He roams everywhere but is of no use to anyone. I have been in the Lok Sabha for 20 years and have seen his work.''

At the same time, the Union Minister of State for Railways further said, "Even if such a bull enters a field and eats the crop, the farmer forgives the animal by saying that he needs food. We should look at the great work being done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Government is spending money from its exchequer as the Railways are not able to generate adequate revenue from various sources including sale of tickets.''
