The Union Minister also gave his opinion on the fundamental right of expression and said, "Speak your mind. Ask questions but it should be done in such a way that the idea of India remains strong and flexible." Ravi also talked about global challenges and said, "How do we seek resolution? This is an important question. I am clearly saying that the only rule can be done in the traditional way of governing by the rule of law."
