This is because if you do not plan, you may have to face problems. Yes, according to the Reserve Bank of India, you should check it for other holidays except Sundays in September. 

Holidays in different states- Yes, according to the calendar of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), there are a total of 8 holidays in September. With this, the holiday of 6 days will be on Saturday and Sunday. According to this, banks will be closed for a total of 13 days in a whole month. Yes, and these holidays can be different in different states. However, at the beginning of the month, banks will remain closed in Panaji, Goa due to Ganesh Chaturthi (2nd day) on the 1st of September.

On September 6, there will be a bank holiday in Jharkhand on the occasion of Karma Puja. Banks in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi will remain closed on September 7 and 8 on the narrative of Onam. After this, on September 9, there will be a bank holiday in Gangtok, Sikkim due to Indrajata. According to the RBI calendar, banks in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi, Kerala will remain closed on September 10 on account of Sri Naravane Guru Jayanti.
