Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has recently said, "The Chief Minister should re-examine the applications rejected in the Covid Compassionate Appointment Scheme once in a humane manner. Our aim is not to increase the number of incidents but to give the real person the benefit of the scheme.'' In fact, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan recently said, "There are 34 districts of the state where 100 percent of the cases have been sanctioned under the Mukhyamantri Kovid Bal Seva Yojana.''

Let me tell all of you that last Monday, the Chief Minister was reviewing the Covid 19 Child Services Scheme, Compassionate Appointments, and Covid 19 Special Ex-Gratia Assistance Schemes being run in the Ministry of CM with the objective of providing financial strength to the families of the victims of Covid-19. Let me tell you that the scheme provides financial and food security to children from families affected by the sudden death of parents earning a livelihood in families due to covid-19 infection. This will enable children to complete their education along with a dignified life.

On the other hand, eight days after the scheme launched by the Chief Minister on 21st May, the amount was transferred to the accounts of 178 child beneficiaries. 19 lakh 80 thousand rupees has been transferred online to the accounts of 736 benefited children so far. Recently, the Chief Minister said, "So far, 758 cases have been received in the Chief Minister's Covid-19 Special Grace Scheme. Out of this, 63 sanctioned applications have been processed and 1 crore 53 lakh 68 thousand 874 rupees have been paid. It resolved 49 cases in 6 divisions.''

At the same time, the Chief Minister reviewed the compassionate appointment cases and said, "The rejected applications should be tested sensitively. 1039 applications have been received in the Mukhyamantri Covid-19 Compassionate Appointment Scheme starting from May 2021, out of which 236 were rejected due to non-compliance with rules. Action on 604 applications is in vogue in the scheme, out of which appointment orders of 238 applicants are being issued.''
