Realme is gearing up to introduce its new mid-range lineup, the Realme 12 5G series, in India today. This launch is expected to bring fresh competition to the under Rs.20,000 price segment. Previously, Realme had opened pre-orders for the Realme 12 5G and Realme 12+ 5G, offering early bookers some additional benefits.

Expected Prices:
According to a leak by tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, the Realme 12 5G might be priced at Rs.18,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant. It's also rumored to come in Woodland Green and Twilight Purple color options in India. Meanwhile, the Realme 12+ 5G could possibly cost Rs.22,999 for the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant and may be available in Pioneer Green and Navigator Beige color variants.

Expected Specifications:
Based on an earlier leak by tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Realme 12+ 5G is speculated to feature a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It's expected to sport a 50MP Sony LYT600 primary sensor with OIS, along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro lens. The Realme 12 Pro+ might  also come with a 16MP selfie sensor. The phone could pack a 5,000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging support. As for software, it could run on the latest Android 14 operating system with Realme UI skin.

Realme has confirmed that the Realme 12 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor in India. This processor was also featured in the recently launched Samsung Galaxy F15 5G, priced under Rs.15,000.
