Ingredients:

* One egg
* An onion (finely chopped)
* One tomato (finely chopped)
* One capsicum (chopped)
* One teaspoon ginger*garlic (chopped)
* Two green chillies (chopped)
* A teaspoon cheese
* 1 tsp salsa sauce
* Oil as needed

* First heat the oil in a pan in medium flame.

* Add onions, tomatoes, capsicum, green chillies and salt as the oil is hot and fry for a while.

* When all the vegetables are cooked, mix the cheese and salsa sauce and turn off the flame.

* On the other hand, boil the egg in a bowl and mix well with salt.

* Now place the oil in a second pan to heat the oil in medium heat.

* Once the oil is heated, add a shuffled egg and cook on one side.

* Fold the prepared spices on the top of the omelette after 2 minutes.

* Prepare Mexican Omelette.
