Recipe of mouth watering Soya Matar Kabab

Ingredients:
 
Peas - 1 cup (boiled) (green peas)
Potatoes - 1 - 2 (Boiled) (Potato)
Soya Granules - 1 cup (Soya granules)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp (Ginger garlic paste)
Green Chilli
Cumin powder - 1/2 tspoon (Cumin powder)
Coriander Powder - 1 tspoon (Coriander powder)
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 T (Whole Garlic Masala Powder)
Coriander leaves - 1 Table spoon (finely chopped) (Coriander)
Bread crums - 1 cup (bread crumbs)
Salt - according to the taste (salt)
Oil 
 
Method:
 
Boil potatoes and peas. Put soya granules in light hot water and keep it for 10 minutes. Cut green chilies finely.
 
Now remove the boiled potato peel and grate it. Mash the boiled peas lightly. Remove the soya granules by watering them.
 
Now add potato, peas, soya granules, ginger paste, green chillies, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, coriander leaves in a bowl and mix them all well. Now add breadcrums and mix it.
 
Now add the potato mixture and make a kebab in a round shape and put ice cream stick in the kebab and press it again. Make all the kebabs in the same way. If you do not have ice cream stick, make a kebab in your favorite shape and keep it in the plate.
 
Now deep fry the kebab and the kabab is ready to serve.
