Most people like paneer a lot but they don’t know the right recipe to make the tasty Paneer. Today we will tell you to make delicious Tawa Paneer Masala. You can also use the frying pan if you do not have the tawa available.
Paneer- 200-250 grams, onion- 1 large , capsicum- 1 medium , tomato- 3, garlic- 5 buds, ginger - 1 inch, green chilli- 1 celery- 1 spoon, coriander powder- 1 spoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon, red chilli powder- 1/4 Spoon, Pav Bhaji Masala 1 spoon or half teaspoon Garam Masala + 1/4 spoon Amchoor Powder Butter - 2 spoons, Kasoori Fenugreek - ½ teaspoon, Salt - as per taste, Coriander leaves.
Firstly cut onions, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, garlic and capsicum. Now add chopped tomatoes into the mixer and make its puree. Now cut the paneer into a half inch cube. After this, melt butter on the pan. Put celery on the pan and fry for 5 -10 seconds. Then add chopped onion and roastuntil it gets pink. Then add ginger, garlic, green chillies, capsicum and fry for 3 minutes.
Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and pav Bhaji masala. If you do not have Pav Bhaji Masala, then you can put garam masala and amchoor powder. Run the spices and then put tomato puree and salt in it. When the spices start leaving the butter, then run it well and slow the flame and leave it for 10 minutes. If tomato spices are dry then you can add 3 spoons of water in it.
Finally add cheese and cook it for 3 minutes and then add kasoori fenugreek in it and close the flame. Garnish the vegetables with green coriander. Your Tawa panner masala is ready eat it with bread or naan.
