Method

1- To make Poha Muffins, first take rice, potatoes, onions, peanuts, green peas, coriander, green chillies, salt, sugar, 100 grams of curd and water in a large bowl, now mix it well with your hands, And leave it like this for a while,

2- Now add 1 tablespoon curd, 120 ml water, fruit salt and oil into it, mix well,

3- Now put this mixture in muffin caps and put it in a microwave oven at a temperature of 350 ° F / 180 ° C, and bake for 30-35 minutes.

4- Take your poha muffins ready, serve it by putting sauce on it.
