Everyone likes to eat rice as its a very healthy dish. Today, we are telling the recipe to make healthy as well as  tasty Imli Rice . So, let's know the amazing recipe for making tamarind rice. 

Ingridents 

Rabi seeds- 2 tsp, white lentil pulses- 2 tsp, gram dal-2 tsp, black pepper- 1/2 tsp, fenugreek seeds- 1/4 tsp, dry red chilli -4, sesame oil- 50 Ml, mustard seeds- 1 tsp, white lentil dal- 1 tsp, gram dal-1 tsp, curry leaves- 10 - 12, dry red chilli-3, asafoetida 1/4 tsp, peanut-45 Grams, white sesame seeds - 1 tbspn, turmeric - 1/4 tsp, tamarind - 200 ml, jagg powder - 2 tsp, salt - 1/2 tsp, boiledAvala 650 g

Method

1. To make tamarind rice, first make a mixture of 2 teaspoon coriander seeds, 2 teaspoons of white lentils, 2 teaspoons gram dal, black pepper, teaspoon fenugreek seeds and four dry red chillies in a pan 3 Fry for 5 minutes.

2- Now grind it into a mixer .Now heat 50 ml of sesame oil into a bowl.Now add 5 spoonful of mustard seeds, 1 spoonful of white lentils, 1 teaspoon gram dal, 10-12 curry leaves, 3 dry red chillies,  teaspoon asafoetida, 45 grams of peanuts and one teaspoon white sesame seeds for 5 minutes. Fry

3- Now add turmeric to it.Now add 200 ml tamarind paste to the ground masala.Now cook it until it becomes thick.

4 Now add two spoonful of good powder and mix it. Now add 650 grams of boiled rice to it and cook it for 10 minutes. Your tamarind rice prepared and now serve it hot.
