New Delhi: VIVO smartphones have won 5G smartphone shipments in India in the third quarter. Vivo led the 5G smartphone segment with an 18 per cent market share, followed by Samsung at number two with 16 per cent. A new report on Monday showed these figures.

According to a Counterpoint Research report, smartphone shipments in India fell 2 per cent each year (YoY) to more than 52 million units in the September quarter (Q3) 2021.
