The lockdown, which began in March to prevent the spread of Corona, has now reached the end of May. The fourth phase of the lockdown starts from 18 May which will continue till 31 May. Under this, the central government has classified the areas across the country into five phases - red, orange, green, containment and buffer zones. Also, a guideline is also introduced. Apart from this, the responsibility of this decision has been assigned to the states that they should take appropriate decision by taking stock of their areas. Under this, the continuation of the restrictions in some states has been given somewhere.

In the capital of the country, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal decided to start services in a controlled manner even in the fourth phase of lockdown. Accordingly, shops in the capital were asked to open with the odd-even formula. Apart from this, only 20 passengers were allowed to travel in the buses being run.

The Karnataka government has allowed bus service under transport corporations across the state except for the Red Zone but inter-state transport has not been approved. Only 30 passengers are allowed to travel on buses. Everyone has to take full precaution. It is mandatory to apply the mask and follow social distance. Permission for the auto taxi with three passengers on state roads. All shops including salons are allowed to open but not malls and cinemas. The parks here will open from 7 am to 9 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm. The night curfew will continue from seven in the evening to seven in the morning and there will be a complete lockdown on Sunday.
