Chandigarh: There was a blast near the Golden Temple on Thursday (May 11) in Punjab's Amritsar. It was the third blast in 5 days, which happened there. The people of the area are in panic due to these blasts. Meanwhile, now a letter has been found at the place of the blast. In this, a demand has been made to release Amritpal Singh, the head of pro-Khalistan organization Waris Punjab De. After receiving the letter, the police have become more alert and have started investigating the matter.

Let us tell you that in the blast case, the Punjab Police has arrested 5 people related to the new local terror network. The police have told that the bomb makers were novices. Their aim was to create an atmosphere of unrest in Punjab by blasting around the Golden Temple. Let us tell you that last Saturday there was a blast in the restaurant built in the parking lot of the Golden Temple. At that time the police had said that it was a chimney blast. After this neither the entire area was sealed nor the marking was done by covering the area. Not only this, the affected area was not even sealed for forensic examination. 

The forensic team had to face a lot of problems in taking samples of the chemical used in the blast due to the movement of the general public along with the policemen at the place of the blast. After this, in the blast that took place on Monday, the explosive was kept in a metal case.
