Mumbai: After the review, the Union Home Ministry has increased the security of Mukesh Ambani Security, one of the rich industrialists of the country. According to the report, after the threat assessment by intelligence agencies, their security has been increased to Z 'plus' (Z+). Mukesh Ambani is the Chairman and Managing Director of Reliance Industries. Now, in view of the threat perception, he was given 'Z category' security. Now that security cover has been increased further.

Let me tell you that after the explosives were found outside his residence Antilia last year, there was churning on strengthening his security for a long time. On the 15th of last month, an unidentified person called the landline number of Reliance Foundation Hospital and threatened to kill the Mukesh Ambani family. The matter was then reported to the local police station. After receiving the information, the police started an investigation.  

The Home Ministry has taken this decision on the report of the Intelligence Bureau (IB). The IB report has described Mukesh Ambani's life as a threat. At the same time, Mukesh Ambani will have to bear the entire cost of this security system. Even before this, Reliance had been bearing the cost of Z category security. Let me tell you that when Mukesh Ambani was given Z category security, there was a lot of controversy about it. The matter even reached the Supreme Court. However, in this case, the apex court ruled in favour of Mukesh Ambani.

Z+ is the second highest level of security. Above this is SPG security, which only the Prime Minister gets. Z+ security coverage consists of 58 security forces deployed, of which 10+ are NSG commandos and police officers. Each of these commandos is also an expert in martial arts and has unarmed combat training. After getting Z+ category security, 10 Armed Static Guards, 6 PSOs, 24 jawans in two escorts, and 5 watchers are deployed in two shifts. At the same time, an inspector or sub-inspector is posted as in-charge. 6 people are deployed to screen people coming and going to that VIP house. Along with this, 6 drivers are also given.
