New Delhi: Reliance Industries has announced the results for the September quarter. The consolidated net profit of the company has been recorded at Rs 13,680 crores. It grew by 43 per cent over the September 2020 quarter. Earlier, Reliance's consolidated net profit was recorded at Rs 9,567 crores in the September 2020 quarter.

The company's operational revenue stood at Rs 1.74 lakh crore. It gained 49 per cent on an annual basis. It was recorded at Rs 1.16 lakh crore in the September 2020 quarter. As the result, the company's owner Mukesh Ambani said that the company's performance has strengthened in the second quarter of the current fiscal. On the other hand, when it comes to Jio platforms, its net profit for the September quarter was Rs 3,728 crores. It has registered a strength of 23 per cent on an annual basis. Last year's net profit of Reliance Jio was Rs 3,019 crores. Coming to revenue, Jio's revenue in the September quarter was Rs 197.77 crore. 184.96 crore in the same period last year. APRU gained 3.7 per cent on a quarterly basis and stood at Rs 143.60 crore.
