According to the Met department, the sky will be clear on Sunday morning, but later there will be clouds, and there will be rain. The maximum temperature will be below normal, it will remain humid. Monsoon has been stuck in Karnataka for 11 days. Now it has crossed Mumbai and reached the border of Gujarat. Previous figures show that when the monsoon reaches the Gujarat border, all states below Madhya Pradesh start receiving monsoon rains, this time it is not so. Because the monsoon has just covered Kerala.
However, by June 12, Andhra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Odisha, Maharashtra and half of Chhattisgarh have been covered by the monsoon. With the monsoon being active in Mumbai, moisture is coming to Madhya Pradesh. From Maharashtra to Karnataka, Dronika has formed, which has caused the rain. With the rain, the speed of the winds is also increasing. There are chances of a fast-paced monsoon. Due to this effect, thunderstorms are likely to occur over Maharashtra and central India in the next two to three days. This will start a drop in temperature. In the North East, there is an alert for heavy rain in the Himalayan and western coastal areas. Barring the states of the south and the northeast, the chances of rain anywhere till June 14 are very low. However, the heat wave is still prevailing in Punjab, Haryana, UP, Bihar and Rajasthan.
