According to the news from sources, Renault is planning to build a new car in India, the special thing is that it will make a car smaller than this 4-meter. Also, the company can export it to countries like Latin America, South East Asia and Africa. This new car from Renault can be built on the CMF-A + platform. This platform has been used for the recently launched Tribar and the company's upcoming sub-compact SUV HBC. Renault's sub-compact sedan car could be launched in the year 2021. If we talk about Renault's previous progress report, then the company has recently launched new car Tiber and facelift Kwid. Both these cars have been specially developed for India. Now the company is planning another such car, which will be developed specifically for India. This new car will be a sub-compact sedan, which will compete with cars like Maruti Dzire and Honda Amaze.
If you talk about the car market now, Maruti Dzire dominates the sub-compact sedan segment. The Honda Amaze is the second-best selling 4-meter sedan car after the Dzire. Apart from this, there are cars like Hyundai Accent, Ford Aspire, Tata Tigor and Volkswagen Ameo in this segment. Due to the long list of cars in the sub-compact sedan segment, it will not be easy to find a place in the market for this new car of Renault. However, given the kind of cars Renault has recently launched in terms of price, features and looks, it is believed that the company's new sub-compact sedan could give a tough competition to cars like the Desire and Amaze.
