The world's popular vehicle manufacturer Renault introduced its compact MPV Triber in June. Since then, the launch of the car has been awaited. The Renault Triber is nearing its end as its launch date has come.7 The 7-seat compact MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) will be launched in the country on August 28.The booking will begin on August 17. The Triber's look is irresistible and somewhat similar to the SUV. The front features a chrome finish 3-slate grille with the Renault logo. The Triber features wraparound headlamps, dual tone front bumper with silver sof f plate, DRL, black plastic cladding around the veal arc and on doors, black-out B and C-piers and a step-roof with roof rails. The rear side is a dual tone bumper with wraparound tail lights and silver inserts. The 33-inch base and mid-variants will have 14-inch steel wheels and 15-inch alloy wheels in top variants.
The Renault Trimber features a dual-tone dashboard, a 3-spoke steering veal and a digital instrument cluster with a 3.5-inch screen. The car features an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Triber also has facilities like cooled central storage area with cup holders, cooled glove box and AC vents for second-third line passengers. Renault has 7 seats in three lines in this new car. Third-lined seats can be removed as needed and used to store luggage. The second line seats are sliding, reclining and foldable. The company says that the Seats of the Triber can be accommodated in more than 100 ways. The 7-seater version has a 625-litre boot space in the 34-litre and third-line seats when the 34-litre seat is removed.
The company has made safety features like dual front airbags, ABS, rear parking sensors and speed warning system in the Trimber for customers in all variants. The top variants also features two more airbags, four airbags and a reverse camera. Renault is powered by a 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine. The engine produces 71bhp at 6250 rpm and 96Nm of peak torque at 3500 rpm. It comes with a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed automatic gearbox. It is expected to be priced between Rs 5.5 lakh and Rs 8 lakh.
