When it comes to affordable cars in India, Renault Kwid is mentioned and it is the best-selling car in the country. After launching in 2015, Renault has launched several special editions of Kwid to keep the customers interested in this car. The company first launched the Kwid Climber, followed by Kwid Second Anniversary Edition, then Kwid Live for More Edition. Now Renault has completed preparations for presenting its low-budget car, Kwid in Superhero Edition and the car will be launched on February 5, 2018.

Even Renault has tweeted that Kwid's 'Captain America' and 'Iron Man' theme will launch the car. Renault had launched similarly similar 'Hulk' theme in Brazil last year. There is no technical changes in the engine of Renault Kwid in Superhero Edition. An updated 0.8-liter 3-cylinder engine has been provided in the Kwid that has the capacity to generate 67 bhp power and 72 Nm peak torque.

Apart from this, the company has also provided a 1.0-liter engine in this car, which generates 67 bhp power and 91 Nm peak torque. Equipped with the 5-speed manual gearbox of the company of Kwid, the company has also made it available in the AMT Transmission option. Comparison with the simple model of Kwid, the price of Kwid Superhero Edition will be slightly higher.
