In this video, he is clearly seen accepting a bribe of Rs 11 lakh. As per the information received, operator AP Singh has taken the bribe from the contractor as commission on industrial works awarded to Dharamal and Co. According to reports, the company is from Haryana which has got a contract for work at Gudh in Rewa and Baidhan in Singrauli. There are also reports that 11 lakh stake disbursed by operator AP Singh in lieu of the same.
