HC adjourns bail pleas of 3 accused in drug case related to Sushant's death

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh's case has now included drugs angle. So far, six accused in the drugs case are in judicial custody of NCB. On Friday, three accused, Settled Avoidance, Samuel Miranda and Diesh Sawant were heard in the Bombay High Court on bail. But the hearing has been extended by the Bombay High Court till September 29. Basit Avoidance did not grant bail to Samuel Miranda and Diesh Sawant.

On September 29, additional Solicitor General may reply to the High Court's statements on section 27A of the NDPS Act. This is an important section in this case for NCB. Due to which the accused have not yet been granted bail. It has been revealed that earlier the Mumbai Seychelles court had dismissed the bail plea of 3. Samuel Miranda had been Sushant's staff manager. Miranda had a drugs chat with Rhea and Showik. That's where Basit is a drugs paddler. It is also said that Deepesh Sawant was one of Sushant Singh's staff.

According to media reports, Rhea is currently in Bhaykhala jail. Rhea Chakraborty's bail plea has been dismissed twice. Rhea will have to stay in Bhaykhala jail on September 22. Rhea's brother Shovik is also in NCB custody.

Sushant passed away on June 14: For details, the CBI, NCB and ED are investigating in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. Sushant was found dead in his Mumbai flat on June 14. They have hanged and killed. Action is being taken on why Sushant had taken such a big step. Initially, the Mumbai police were searching for it.
