Her judicial custody was going to end on 22 September but it could not happen and Rhea will still have to remain in jail.

Recently, both had filed a bail petition in the Bombay High Court, which was to be heard today in the Bombay High Court but this could not happen. According to the information received, the Bombay High Court is closed today due to torrential rains in Mumbai since last night.
