Late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput case is now seen going on a different track. The Narcotics Control Bureau is also active after the drug angle comes to the fore. Rhea Chakraborty said that the late actor used to take drugs. At the same time, in this case, the brother of actress Showik Chakraborty is seen to be trapped. Narcotics Control Bureau has received Showik Chakraborty's drugs contact in the case.

On September 1, the Narcotics Control Bureau found the WhatsApp chats between Showik and a drug peddler. In his message, he is talking about giving a 'boom' to his father. Here 'Boom' is being interpreted as drugs. Showik wrote to the drug dealer that "Brother I want a boom, Dad wants. I saw it was finished". In response, the drug dealer wrote that "My stock also finished. I will be able to give it to you tomorrow". However, it is not clear here that Showik's father Indrajit Chakraborty used drugs.

The Narcotics Control Bureau detained a person named Zaid Vilatra from Mumbai. During interrogation, it was found that he was in contact with Basit Parihar and Suryadeep Malhotra. Both these people were in contact with Showik Chakraborty. The investigation team has received chats of Showik and these two people. According to information received from sources, Showik Chakraborty and Samuel Miranda may get a notice. Also, the investigation of the case is going on continuously, and the closed ones of the actor is constantly being questioned.
