Patna: Bihar's main opposition party RJD, along with Mission Bengal, has also started preparing for the mission Assam. The RJD is making every effort to beat the BJP. In the last two days, two senior leaders from RJD met Prashant Kishore and TMC supremo and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and now the team will go to Assam and will meet All India United Democratic Front Party (AIUDF) chief Badruddin Ajmal in Assam.

The veteran leader of the party, Shyam Razak, said that our effort is to defeat the BJP in the elections in Bengal and Assam in every situation. We will do whatever is possible to beat the BJP. Our talk with TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee has been positive, more things are yet to be done. We are discussing how we will stop the BJP in the coming elections. We have started work on what kind of outline to be prepared for that.

An RJD committee will go to Guwahati today. On Wednesday, the party workers are to meet there, they will have to meet with them, along with AIUDF chief Badruddin Ajmal, that is, in Assam also Lalu Prasad Yadav's party wants to contest elections under a new alliance.
