Patna: The state has become hot in Bihar after the UAPA Act was imposed on Bihar's Baahubali MLA Anant Singh. Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Shivand Tiwari has come to the rescue of Anant Singh. RJD veteran Shivand Tiwari was furious at Anant Singh for imposing the UAPA. RJD leader Shivand Tiwari has said that Anant Singh is not a terrorist.

He said it is true that the weapon is found from his house, but the UAPA Act should be used against terrorists. But the Central Government has amended it to bridge the gap between terror and criminal. Bihar has become the first state to use the Act under Nitish Kumar's leadership. At the same time, Shivand Tiwari said that MLA Anant Singh became a criminal today, once a deep friendship between the two, but Anant Singh had become dissatisfied with Nitish Kumar because of the JD(U) leader who contested the election.

On the other hand, BJP leader Naval Kishore Yadav has said that the administration will determine who is a terrorist and who is a criminal. Anant Singh made a mistake and action is being taken against him today. Since governance and administration are doing their job with complete impartiality, there is no basis for such allegations.
