Riyadh: A horrific road accident is being reported in Saudi Arabia, 35 passengers were killed while four others were injured when a bus loaded with foreign passengers collided with another heavy vehicle in the holy city of Medina in the Muslim community. According to the official Saudi press agency, a spokesperson for the Medina police informed the media that the accident took place on Wednesday when a private chartered bus in a western Saudi Arabian city collided with a loader.

According to local media, pilgrims of Arab and Asian origin are said to be among those killed in the accident. It is seen in the media pictures that the bus caught fire from all around and its windows have blown. The injured have been admitted to Al-Hamna Hospital for treatment, while the officers have informed the injured and the families of the deceased about the accident.
