Burdwan : Today, in a tragic incident, a motorcycle collided with a dumper in Mangalkote area of the district, and in the accident four members of a family including two minor children were killed.

According to the police official, "motorcycle collided with a sand laden dumper coming from opposite direction killing all four on the spot".

The dead have been identified as SK Saiful 26 years old, his married sister Ismatara 25 years old and her two children Aslam Mollah 8 years old and Amina Khatun 5 years old.

Later, the driver was arrested and the crowd set the dumper on fire.

In every minute, one serious road accident occurs in the country and 16 die on Indian roads every hour. Mostly, the accidents caused due to not following traffic rules.
