Roasted gram flour (sattu) - 1 cup
Ghee - ½ cup
Sugar - 4 cups
Almonds - 1 table spoon
Cashew - 1 table spoon
Pistachio - 1 table spoon
Cardamom powder - 4 tbsp

Method of preparation: To make roasted gram ladoos, firstly chop the almonds, cashews and pistachios. Now put a heavy bottom pan on the gas and let it heat, when the pan gets hot, add ghee in it and Let it heat up. Now add sattu or roasted gram flour in it and fry it on low flame for a minute.

When this mixture turns light brown fry then turn off the gas and let it cool. After it cools completely add powdered sugar and Add cardamom powder and mix well. Now add chopped cashews, pistachios and almonds to it and mix well with hands. Then, with the help of hands, make small lemon-shaped laddus. Keep it in an airtight container. You can eat these laddus for a month.
