The wife of the deceased had said that she could identify those who had come in the car and killed her husband Sanjeet. Police said 27-year-old Sanjeet was murdered on November 15 while he was taking his wife to his workplace. Earlier today, police said they have caught three people in the case.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Sangh Parivar organisations have alleged that activists of the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), the political branch of the Islamic organisation Popular Front of India (PFI), were behind the day-long killing. However, SDPI has denied the BJP's allegations.
