Russia has said that it has prepared a new drug of covid-19. Earlier on 11 August, Russian President Vladimir Putin had told that Russia has prepared a successful drug of covid-19 virus. Russia became the first country to do so. Russia also denied the use of the first corona drug.

Now Russia is telling to prepare another medicine. According to the media report, Russia says that the side effects of the first drug, which were revealed, will not be on applying the new drug. Russia named the first drug Sputnik5. The second drug is named EpiVacCorona. Russia has manufactured the EpiVacCorona vaccine at Siberia's World Class Virology Institute (Vector State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology). Earlier this institute used to be the top secret biological biological study plant.

Russian researchers claim that the clinical trial of the EpiVacCorona drug will be completed in September, but none of the 57 volunteers who have been administered the drug have suffered any side effects. All the Volunteers are fine and feeling good. Two doses of EpiVacCorona will also be applied. A second dose will be given 14 to 21 days after the first dose. Russia hopes to register the vaccine by October and begin production by November. The Vector State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology worked on 13 potential drugs of covid-19. These drugs were tested on animals in the lab.
