LONDON – Russian state media has urged President Vladimir Putin to use his most powerful nuclear weapons to wipe the United Kingdom from the map

The Daily Mail stated that Dmitry Kiselyov, dubbed "Putin's mouthpiece," used his Sunday night show to call  for strikes on the UK with a Poseidon underwater drone, which he claimed would cause a 1,600ft radioactive tidal wave and "plunge Britain to the depths of the ocean."

The drone "has capacity for a warhead of up to 100 megatonne," according to Kiselyov, and it has several thousand times the intensity of the Hiroshima bomb, which would "create a massive wave, a tsunami, up to 1,640ft high," high enough to climb halfway up Scafell Pike, England's highest point.

Kiselyov remarked, against a backdrop of the United Kingdom being removed off the globe map: "This tidal wave also a carrier incredibly high radiation dosages. As it rages over the United Kingdom (Britain), it will transform what's left of them into a radioactive wasteland, unsuitable for anything. How do you feel about this possibility?" Kiselyov also threatened the UK with an attack by Sarmat 2, Russia's newest nuclear missile, which Putin tested a fortnight ago and which he claimed could fully destroy the country with a single strike.
