Sabih Khan was born in 1966 in the Civil Lines area of Moradabad. Sabih Khan was born in the family of Yar Mohammad Khan, the founder of Moradabad's Brass Export Industry. His father Saeed U Khan was originally a resident of Rampur. After marrying Sajada Khan, the granddaughter of Yar Mohammad Khan in 1963, Saeed Yu Khan began to see the export work here.
