Shahjahanpur: In the case of demanding a ransom of Rs 5 crore from Chinmayanand, the accused has been released from jail on Wednesday evening at 6:50 pm. His release from the CJM court was sent to the district jail at 4:30 pm. He was released late in the evening after completing the legal process. Students and Vikram accused, in this case, have already been released on bail. The bail application of Sanjay Singh, who is imprisoned, can be debated in the Allahabad High Court on January 2.

According to sources, SIT arrested Sachin Sengar alias Sonu, resident of Supertech State Sector-9 Kaushambi, 301 Regent Block of Ghaziabad, on September 20 along with Sanjay Singh, Vikram Singh, resident of village Banthara of Tilhar area received Rs 5 crore from Chinmayananda and later went to jail for ransom. The LLM student was sent to jail on 25 September on the same charge. After the bail application of everyone from the CJM court was rejected, the bail petition has been filed in the Allahabad High Court.

The girl was released from jail on 11 December after the bail was approved by the High Court, while Vikram was released on 22 December 2019. Those taking bail for the charge are residents of Ghaziabad, so the forms of the bailed out were sent to Ghaziabad to be verified. On Wednesday, when the court opens after the winter vacation, the verified forms of Sachin's bailors were presented in the CJM court. The CJM court issued an order to send him to Parwana jail, stamping his release. Released from the court at about 4:30 pm, Parvana reached the jail. At 6:50 pm, Sachin has been released from jail.
