New Delhi: The second wave of the deadly coronavirus is wreaking havoc in the country. Every day new cases of infection are starting to scare once again. Meanwhile, former Indian veteran Sachin Tendulkar, known as Lord of Cricket, has been found corona infected. Sachin himself has given information about this by tweeting. However, the corona report of other members of Sachin's family has come negative. 

He has written in his tweet that, my covid-19 report has come positive. I have slight symptoms of the corona. With this, he has said that he will remain quarantined in his house and will continue to take treatment under the supervision of doctors. Along with this, he has also thanked all the warriors fighting the Corona epidemic. 

 

 

Talking about his work front, he retired from international cricket in 2013. Recently seen in action during the Road Safety World Series where he led the India Legends to the title, beating Sri Lanka Legends in the summit clash. India Legends completely dominated the tournament winning all but one match en route to their title triumph. The tournament, aimed at creating awareness about road safety featured former cricketers from top cricketing nations like England, South Africa, the West Indies, and Bangladesh. Sachin scored 30 off 23 balls in the final against the Tillakaratne Dilshan-led side to give his side a solid start as they posted 181/4 in their 20 overs. Sri Lanka Legends fought hard but fell short of the target by 14 runs as India Legends lifted the trophy after a dominating campaign.
