Raipur: Famous cricket personalities are coming to Chhattisgarh. The Road Safety World Series cricket tournament is being held in Raipur, from 2nd to 21st March 2021. Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, Jonty Rhodes, Brett Lee, Brian Lara, Muttiah Muralitharan will also be seen playing in the competition. Chhattisgarh's CM Bhupesh Baghel has given every signal for organising the Road Safety World Series cricket tournament.

The tournament will be held in Raipur from March 2 to March 21. Former cricketer Sunil Gavaskar had last Sunday urged Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel to discuss the phone in connection with the road safety series cricket tournament in Raipur, which the Chief Minister has gladly given his nod. Sri Lanka, including India, South Africa, Australia, West Indies, will take part in the tournament, with players from cricket legends such as Sachin Tendulkar, Jonty Rhodes, Brett Lee, Brian Lara, Muttiah Muralitharan.

The main objective of the tournament is to raise awareness about the importance of road safety in India. The event has been approved by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BSSI) and is supported by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways as organized and promoted by Sunil Gavaskar's company Professional Management Group. For this competition, Wycom 18's Colors Cineplex is the broadcast partner, while Voot and Jio are digital partners of the tournament.
