New Delhi: On Friday, the supreme court ordered Sahara chief Subrata Roy to be sent back to Tihar jail. Also, the court sends two other Sahara directors to jail.
Previously, Roy spent two years in the jail in a long-running dispute with market regulator Sebi and was out on parole till September 23.
Earlier this month, the court directed the Sahara Group to come clean by disclosing its sources from where it had lifted Rs. 25,000 crore and paid its investors in cash as it is such a huge amount.
SC said “you have given list of property which is already attached and you are not cooperating. Better you go back to jail.”
