Recently, Sai Pallavi made headlines when rumours about her dating director AL Vijay made the rounds in Kollywood. However, the Madrasapattinam director revealed that the linkup reports were just rumours and that his focus in only on cinema at present. Well, after she rumoured love life, now it is her professional choice that is turning heads now.

Reportedly, a famous fairness cream brand approached her to endorse their product. They offered her a hefty sum of Rs 2 crore as her remuneration for the commercial. But, Sai Pallavi turned down the offer instantly.  Since she hardly wears makeup in her films and has no qualms about flaunting her pimples on-screen, she decided that it would be against her policy to endorse a fairness cream.  Not just social media handle but she even doesn't wear makeup in her films. The Maeri actress decided that it would be against her policy to endorse a fairness cream.

While the official statement by the actress is still awaited, her fans are praising her for taking such a big step and standing firm on her grounds. The film 'Athiran', too saw her with minimum makeup and accessories and she looked incredible on screen playing the role of an autistic girl, Nithya. On the work front, the actress is awaiting the release of Selvaraghavan's NGK alongside Suriya and Rana Daggubati's Virata Parvam.
