Filmmaker Aanand L Rai has teamed up with Shah Rukh Khan for an upcoming film and if the reports are to believed of his production banner is in advanced talks with Saif Ali Khan for next film.

Reveals the source, "Aanand and Saif have met a couple of times and they have discussed a few scripts. Saif has really liked one of them and has given a go-ahead to the director for the same. It’s yet again a heartland film which gives out an interesting message in the end."

Also, says the source, "His next with SRK goes on floors next month. The sets are erected in Film City and he will be extremely caught up with that ambitious film as it involves a lot of VFX work and SRK too has given bulk dates to him till the end of this year to finish the film. So Aanand might not direct Saif’s film, although he will be on board as one of the producers. The actor is also planning to co-produce the film under his own banner."
