Salman Khan, who is famous for his Dabangg in Bollywood, was to appear before the Andheri Magistrate's Court today i.e. on April 5, however, even before that, Salman Khan has reached the High Court. Salman Khan has been accused of misbehaving with a journalist. And the journalist had filed a complaint against Salman Khan and his bodyguard. The entire matter reached the court and after that on March 22, 2022, Salman Khan was summoned by the Andheri Magistrate Court and asked to appear in the case on April 5.

However, even before he now appears in the magistrate's court, Salman Khan has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court against the court's summons. And in his petition, Salman Khan has sought the disposal of the case. In fact, in the report of a famous website, it has come out that Salman Khan has filed a petition in the High Court against the summons of the magistrate's court. The matter is scheduled to come up for hearing today and the bench that will hear the matter will be headed by Justice Revati Mohite Dere. The petition filed by Salman has sought disposal of a summons and other procedures issued by the Andheri magistrate court in the case.

What is the whole matter?- In fact, this case dates back to the year 2019 when journalist Ashok Pandey filed a complaint of misconduct against Salman Khan. During that time, a case under sections 504 and 506 of the IPC was registered against Salman. According to Ashok Pandey's complaint, the incident took place when the actor was cycling on April 24, 2019, and he was accompanied by two bodyguards. According to online media reports the other hand, Ashok Pandey claimed that he was in his car when he saw Salman Khan riding a bicycle.

He had then taken permission from his bodyguards to make a video of Salman, but the actor later objected to it. In his complaint, he has alleged that Salman Khan and his bodyguard hit him and snatched his phone and after this, Ashok Pandey should lodge a complaint with the police, but the police refused to file a complaint saying that no such crime has taken place. After all this, Ashok Pandey approached the court.
