Bollywood actor Salman Khan, who charged for the alleged poaching of two black bucks  in Kankani near Jodhpur in October, 1998, has made a appeal in the trial court to produce the tape of the video recording of the statements of three eye-witnesses.

Chief Judicial Magistrate Dalpat Singh Rajpurohit has admitted the plea and  ordered the public prosecutor to assemble for the making of the video recorded statements with a TV and VCR in the court on next hearing on July 16.

H M Saraswat(the counsel of Mr. Khan) said,“ there are some contradiction in the written statements and the video recorded statements of the 3 eye-witnesses Harish Dulani, Poonam Chand and Chhogara.”

"With these recorded statements, we wanted to show in the court that there is a difference in both the statements, which are important to prove the innocence of Khan", said Saraswat.
